What your stay will be like
You will arrive at GLØD at 11.00 and we will start the preparations for our canoeing trip. It can be done on the Alta River or on flat water on one of Altas many lakes. The Alta River is considered one of the world’s best rivers for catching Atlantic salmon with a fly rod. Read more about it here. The lakes in the area often have both trout and arctic char.
On both options we will stop for lunch along the way.
When we arrive back at GLØD, it will be time to check in to your Aurora Canvas Dome and have a shower and sauna.
In the evening, we will serve a three-course dinner in the GLØD lounge.
Experience an unforgettable overnight stay in an Aurora Canvas Dome. (BTW, it’s equipped with air conditioning to ensure the temperature stays at a stable level throughout the night.)
The following morning, we will serve a homemade breakfast.
